1. Introduction

Welcome to AustraliaPRO. By accessing our website www.migration-australiapro.com and using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. AustraliaPRO is a migration agency committed to helping you achieve your immigration goals in Australia.

2. Description of Services

AustraliaPRO provides migration consulting services through licensed professionals registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). Our services include—but are not limited to—visa options advice, application preparation, and legal guidance in migration matters. All legal and migration services are provided by independent migration agents and are subject to a Professional Services Agreement.

3. Service Limitations

AustraliaPRO is not a law firm, and its owners are not registered migration agents. Certain services, such as attorney-client privilege, may differ from those offered by a traditional law firm. All legal and migration services are provided exclusively by independent agents authorized by MARA, and their provision is governed by a separate Professional Services Agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information throughout the migration process. Any misrepresentation, omission, or incomplete submission may result in delays or application rejection. AustraliaPRO is not liable for the consequences of such cases.

  • Specialized Consultations:


To ensure effective advice, clients must send all relevant information prior to the consultation. This allows the team to properly review the case and share the appropriate application form, which will be assessed by an authorized migration agent.

  • Visa Processes:

 

The client is responsible for submitting all required documentation within the established deadlines. Failure to meet these deadlines may affect the proper preparation and submission of the application.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

AustraliaPRO is committed to protecting client privacy. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.

6. Fees and Payments

General Terms


Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements and must be paid according to the agreed schedule. AustraliaPRO reserves the right to suspend or cancel service delivery in case of non-payment. All payments are non-refundable. Fees may change without prior notice; however, formalized prior agreements will be honored.

Payment Methods
AustraliaPRO offers several payment methods depending on the service type:

Full Payment


The following services must be paid in full before any action is taken:

  • Migration Consultancy (Regular and Express)

  • Tourist Visas (Australia and USA)

  • Appeal Services

 

Instalments


The following services may be paid in instalments, based on specific conditions such as number of applicants, application timing, etc.:

  • Skilled Visa

  • Partner Visa

  • Sponsorship Visa

  • Family and Partner Visas

  • Child Visa

 

Reservation

Clients may reserve a visa service with an initial payment from $500 AUD. This includes an initial meeting and the start of the document collection process for review and optimization.

PayPal

  • The following services can also be paid via PayPal: migration consultations (Regular and Express), tourist visas (Australia and USA), and appeal services.

  • PayPal allows purchases to be split into up to four equal payments.

  • Please note that PayPal payments are subject to PayPal’s terms, conditions, and policies.

 

Billing Policy


Entrelingo Group PTY LTD, responsible for invoicing, will issue detailed invoices upon client request. Invoices will include:

  • Client or company name

  • Description of services acquired

  • Total service cost

  • Details required for accounting and tax purposes

 

Requirements for Invoice Issuance:

Clients must provide the following:

  • Full name or company name

  • Billing address
    Tax identification number (if applicable)

  • Any other required information

 

Tax Conditions and Surcharges:

  • Invoices will be issued in digital format (PDF) and sent via email.

  • All purchases made within Australia are subject to GST (10%).

  • Payments made via e-invoices (payment links) may be subject to a 4% surcharge for payment gateways.

Additional Notes

  • Entrelingo Group PTY LTD does not store credit card or confidential payment information. All transactions are processed through secure platforms.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date.

  • Prices for the following services are available on our website:

    • Migration Consultancy (Regular and Express)

    • Tourist Visas (Australia and USA)

    • Appeal Services

 

All other services are subject to prior quotation. To receive a quote, the client must complete the corresponding application form.

7. Visa Guarantee

AustraliaPRO is committed to handling each case with the highest level of professionalism, diligence, and ethics to maximize the chances of a favorable outcome. However, visa approval depends solely on the Australian Department of Home Affairs and/or the relevant tribunals, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

8. Provision of Information

To provide appropriate guidance during the Australian visa application process, it is necessary to collect personal information from the client. It is the client’s responsibility to provide all requested information and documentation promptly. The accuracy and effectiveness of the advice provided by AustraliaPRO depends directly on the truthfulness, completeness, and precision of the information supplied by the client.

9. Service Ethics

At AustraliaPRO, we adhere to high ethical and professional standards. We are committed to treating all clients with respect, transparency, and honesty. We strive to deliver high-quality services and to act in the best interest of our clients at all times.

10. Quotes and Validity

Quotes provided by AustraliaPRO are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If you accept a quote after this period, it may need to be reviewed and adjusted based on current rates and conditions.

11. Service Delivery Times

Delivery times for services offered by Entrelingo Group may vary depending on factors such as case complexity, service type, content volume, and timely availability of required information and documentation from the client.

We commit to providing an estimated timeframe upon service confirmation and to maintaining ongoing communication throughout the process, informing the client of any updates or adjustments. Meeting deadlines heavily depends on the client’s active collaboration. Delays in submitting key information or approving progress may affect delivery times without constituting direct liability for AustraliaPRO.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling of consultations are accepted with a full (100%) refund, provided that notice is given at least five (5) calendar days before the scheduled date.

Visa services can only be cancelled or refunded if AustraliaPRO has not yet started processing the case. Once the process has begun, no refunds will be issued.

For purchases made via electronic invoicing or our website, refunds are subject to a 4% deduction from the total amount paid, corresponding to payment gateway fees.

PayPal Payments:


Payments made through PayPal are subject to PayPal’s own terms, conditions, and fees, which are external and independent of AustraliaPRO.

Refund Processing Times:


Refunds will be processed within an estimated five (5) to seven (7) business days. This period may vary depending on the timelines established by each bank or payment platform.

13. Risk Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

AustraliaPRO is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other type of damages arising from the use of our services or information on our website.

AustraliaPRO’s liability, including that of its directors, employees, representatives, and agents, is at all times limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service.

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AustraliaPRO from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or breach by AustraliaPRO.

14. Copyright

All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of AustraliaPRO and protected by copyright laws. No part of the site may be reproduced, copied, sold, resold, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written permission from AustraliaPRO.
Entrelingo Group PTY LTD reserves the right to take legal action and appropriate measures if a client is found distributing or sharing unauthorized material. This may include immediate termination of services without refund and the pursuit of damages.

15. Amendments

AustraliaPRO may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of our services after any modification implies acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
