Cancellation Policy
At AustraliaPRO, we are committed to providing the highest quality immigration consultancy services to ensure our clients' satisfaction. To maintain efficiency and excellence in our service, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation by the Client: Cancellations of services will only be accepted if notified at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled consultation date. If the cancellation occurs within this period, the client will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the reserved service. Cancellations made less than 5 business days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation by AustraliaPRO: If an assigned immigration consultant is unable to attend the scheduled consultation due to a force majeure event, we will immediately contact the client to inform them and offer the opportunity to reschedule the consultation. We will work diligently with the client to find a new date and time that is convenient for both parties, at no additional cost. Rescheduling Consultations: Clients have the option to reschedule a consultation at no extra charge if the request is made at least 5 business days in advance of the originally scheduled date. Our service includes expert advice from our highly qualified immigration consultants, a detailed evaluation of each client’s individual immigration situation, personalized guidance on visa requirements and the application process, thorough review of the documentation provided during the consultation, and the issuance of the client's personalized immigration pathway. However, our service does not include legal services outside the scope of immigration consultancy, such as legal representation in judicial proceedings. This cancellation policy is designed to ensure efficient scheduling of consultations and the proper use of AustraliaPRO's resources.
